Why choose walking?
Besides being free, walking with your friends and pushing the pram has lots of good things for you and your child to benefit from:
- Pushing the pram is like a workout. It helps keep your heart and muscles healthy.
- Being outside with friends can make you feel good. You can talk about your feelings and get support from each other.
- You can take your baby with you, and they get to see and hear new things outside.
- Your baby gets to see trees, birds, and other things outside. It’s like a little sensory adventure for them.
