- De Quervain's Tenosynovitis. Inflammation of the tendons on the thumb side of your wrist. This can make lifting, grasping, and even turning your wrist painful.
- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This occurs when the median nerve, which runs through a narrow passageway in your wrist (the carpal tunnel), gets compressed.
What Helps Wrist Pain During Pregnancy?

Rest: Avoid overusing your wrists and take breaks throughout the day.
