Looking for a prenatal/postnatal certified Coach who has also completed extra certifications in women's health is who you should be looking for.
Step 2 - Visit a Women’s Health/Pelvic Health Physiotherapist
Consulting with a specialist can help address any underlying issues, particularly if you’ve had children or experienced pelvic health concerns. They can provide exercises and advice to strengthen your core and pelvic floor.
