Day 1: Know your body
As a MumSafe Trainer I love to learn about YOU and offer support and guidance throughout all stages.
I have a genuine care and encourage regular health checks including bowel health, skin checks and breast and vulval self-checks.

Day 2: Courageous Conversations

It can be hard to know what to ask when you talk to your doctor. You don't know what you don't know.

As a MumSafe Trainer I've prepared some questions that may help address concerns such as menopause, hormones, PCOS and heavy periods.

Day 3: Shame and Stigma

As a MumSafe Trainer I talk openly about symptoms such as bladder leakage, painful sex, STIs and vulval irritation. The more we talk about these topics the more awareness we create and diminish the stigma around them.

I am here for YOU and want you to know you are not alone.

Day 4: Point of Difference

As a MumSafe Trainers I understand some health conditions affect women differently. Conditions such as heart health, migraine and pelvic pain are real.

I am here to educate and guide women to enable informed choices. Resulting in our Mums living a more joyful and vibrant life.

Day 5: Trust your Gut

Here we share our top 3 tips to making healthy eating easier!

As a MumSafe Trainer I love to make lifestyle and nutrition habits simple and sustainable.

Knowing the nutrition basics and how to have a healthier relationship with food will have lasting benefits on your overall health and well-being.
