Deciding to commit to something for myself was hard!
My mum guilt was real! How would I juggle a child and fitness?
After trialing Lisa's mums and bubs class with a friend I felt human again!!
Lisa's class was safe and friendly environment not only for myself but son too! Not only was this so great physically for me but mentally too I definitely wish I started earlier!
It's great to have an educated trainer in your corner to laugh at and with you, to push you for you and encourage
you to be the best you!
You’re just a few steps away from a more energised and stronger life.

Thanks to Lisa together with the guidance of my Women's Health Physio I now have the confidence in my body as I understand it and nurture it to move in my recovery post birth and moving slowly isn't necessarily going backwardst. Thank you for educating me.

There’s two things that really stand out for me about training with Lisa. The first is that you can bring your baby and she’s happy to hold bub or push a pram so you can run. It makes it much easier to exercise when you don’t need to sort childcare.
The second thing that stands about Lisa and sets her apart, is that she will adapt exercises to what you need. She will work with your women’s health Physio to adapt exercises, and will adapt exercises to accommodate babywearing or account for fatigue if the kids didn’t sleep. She checks in at the start of each class and each session is a real mix of cardio, strengthening and core. You just turn up, it’s fun to hang out with other mums and you get a really good session that works your whole body. Plus Lisa always has good music playing!

After returning from abdominal surgery, I knew I needed to find the right trainer who knew how to safely and effectively return me to exercise. This is exactly what you provided.
