Designed for all women with specialised prenatal & postnatal programming.  Our program is specifically tailored to prenatal and postnatal women, addressing common concerns like correct prenatal training, pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti, joint pain, prolapse, and more. Your membership includes a comprehensive initial with your MumSafe™ trainer who will guide you through a personalised onboarding.

Expert-Led Training

A team of qualified MumSafe™ Trainers who are registered, insured, and aligned with women’s health physios across Australia. These trainers continuously upskill to offer you the gold standard in prenatal and postnatal fitness. And even if you’re not a mum, The Mum Movement Hub offers a variety of options to fit your lifestyle—whether you prefer quick workouts at home, need lunchtime flexibility, or crave the accountability of live sessions.

School Holiday Fitness for Every Season

As most of our Trainers have children too, during Australian school holidays, we keep you accountable with a mix of a skeleton timetable of lives and recorded sessions. Enjoy a flexible schedule that works with your holiday plans, and access your favourite recorded workouts whenever it suits you.

Live sessions will wrap up on Friday, December 20, 2024, with a 4-week break over Christmas and the New Year. But don’t worry—recordings and group check-ins will keep you moving with skeleton LIVE workouts available toward the end of January 2024 before the full fresh New Year timetable starting Monday, February 3, 2025.
