Body Reset Fitness’ signature Mums and Bubs Program by a MumSafe™️Trainer.

Take the first step towards rebuilding YOU as a Mum - be supported, encouraged and celebrate your body! Come and join local Mums in your area and return to exercise safely & effectively.

Our Reset & Rebuild sessions are all about safely returning you to exercise after having a baby, surgery or an extended break. This is a 10 week Program school term based program is the perfect program to get you started back into fitness after bub, a few years after children, or wherever you are on your motherhood journey.

Your MumSafe™️ Trainer will take you through the safest way to return to exercise.

Our sessions run on Tuesdays & Thursdays 10.30am at a local outdoor park in Baulkham Hills.

Our Program is perfect for all new Mums who are:

  • Looking to return to group classes after having a baby
  • Currently seeing a women’s health physio
  • Like to rebuild your body’s strength, or it’s been way too long since you moved your body
  • Craving me time and want to find more energy in their day
  • We will work on strengthening from the inside out - pelvic floor, abdominals, breathing and posture. We will incorporate a visit to our Women’s Health Physio (if required additional cost).
  • We will work on functional movement patterns. Movement patterns that you do day in day out that get you functioning at your optimum and you start feeling strong again!
  • We will take it up a level to add more resistance, intensity and a sprinkling of heart-health cardio gradually, gently, all in your own time.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING SOLD OUT

Either a choice of Small Group Training with 4 members (30 minute sessions), Semi-Private Personal Training with 3 members (45 minute sessions) or Large Group, you have the freedom to choose!

Outdoors and fresh air! What better way to get those exercise endorphins pumping!

Groups you with like-minded ladies who are supportive, inclusive and ready to train. Sessions held outdoor and undercover, have a group element with partner workouts, team work, fit friendships and lots of laughter and fun all whilst getting active and moving your body.

Great for people who wish to meet new people, socialise and be around those that think alike and are wanting to get active!

Join our team of MumSafe™️ Trainer-led online program “The Mum Movement Hub” that provides a supportive approach to postpartum fitness, empowering mothers to prioritise their health and well-being amidst the challenges of motherhood.

Plus we want to help all women of all ages and stages of life so you don't have to be a Mum to join our program!

We are so excited to provide you with another opportunity to exercise that is flexible and accomodating to the needs of your busy life.

Working out from the comfort of your own home, daily LIVE classes or access to the daily recordings to complete at whatever time suits you best. Knowing that all sessions are programmed for those in the Hub.

You get access to an amazing TEAM of qualified MumSafe™️ trainers.

Start laying the foundations for your health & fitness journey and step by step it will become the new normal for you carving out time to add physical activity into your day.

The Mum Movement Hub includes:
